Hello there, warrior 👋

If you're sittin' at home thinking about food or your body, whether that's fighting off strong urges to binge or restrict or beating yourself up because you gave in to them, you're not alone.

I know the struggle. I've experienced an eating disorder first hand and now run Recovery Warriors, a company that's helped millions worldwide with their food and body issues.

There was a point in my journey where I thought I could never break free from my destructive behaviors and have a balanced relationship to food. I'm so happy I didn't accept that limiting belief because my relationship to food is the least of my worries now. It's so liberating. If you apply what you'll learn in this retreat, you will see change. No doubt about it.
